Volunteer
As a volunteer, you would help out with our youth groups, and get to know the young people there. You would be a safe, supportive person they can talk to. We provide free training.
Volunteering can help you improve your confidence and grow your skills. It can also give you work experience to put on your CV. It’s also a lot of fun!
We welcome applications from anyone aged 18 to 25 in Brighton & Hove or East Sussex, including young people with any kind of disability. Many of our volunteers have disabilities or additional needs.

Paid internships
Are you enthusiastic and committed to improving the lives of young people with additional needs?
This could be a great opportunity to develop your skills and get work experience in a supportive, friendly team.
What is an Amazing Futures paid internship?
It’s work experience that you get paid for, like a job.
Internships are for people who don’t have lots of work experience (or experience in the kind of work you want to do) that helps you learn the right skills. For example, you might apply for an internship if you recently left school or college.
Our internships are usually for up to 12 months, and we offer training to help you learn how to do the job.
