Amazing Futures youth groups
Make friends, try new things, and be unapologetically you!

Learn more: youth voice

Our fun, friendly youth groups are for young people aged 14 to 25 with any kind of disability or additional needs.
For example: autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, mental health difficulties, or physical disabilities. It’s fine if you don’t have a diagnosis though.
You must live or study in Brighton & Hove or East Sussex.
Our youth groups are free to attend. You do need to book for each session you want to attend though, as there are limited spaces.

We play lots of games and do fun activities together. Some of the groups have specific themes, like boardgames, wellbeing walks, or running. Our groups are super supportive and friendly – a space where you can really be yourself.
We aren’t able to offer one-to-one support at our youth groups, but if you’re able to bring your own support worker you’re very welcome to join us!

Coming up

We sometimes like to do things to help our community, like volunteering at local events or building food parcels.
Everything we do is led by you – we plan future activities based on what you tell us you want. We can also support you to get your voice heard as a young person with a disability.
Talk to our youth workers or trained volunteers about what’s going on with you. You can learn about our current volunteers and staff on our meet the team page.
