We are looking for sessional youth workers to join our growing and brilliant team, to help young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) to have fun, try new things, make friends and prepare for adulthood in our youth group sessions.
Amazing Futures Youth Worker
- Regular term-time hours offered with the possibility of extra hours during busy times and summer holidays
- Working in our Eastbourne base and at different venues across the county, including Heathfield youth hub and Bexhill
- £15.89 per hour
- Other staff benefits include paid training opportunities and learning and development.
About you
You will be a natural at connecting, and building a rapport, with young people, at supporting youth-led participation and you will be driven by a true passion for making a difference in young people’s lives.
You’ll be working under the guidance of our East Sussex lead, and alongside our core permanent youth worker and intern, plus other sessional staff.
