Our fun, friendly youth groups are for young people aged 14 to 25 with any kind of disability or additional needs in Brighton & Hove and East Sussex.

For example: autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, mental health difficulties, or physical disabilities. You don’t have to have a diagnosis, either.

The groups are free to attend. You do need to book for each session you want to attend though, as there are limited spaces.

We play lots of games and do fun activities together. Some of the groups have specific themes, like boardgames, wellbeing walks, or running. Our groups are super supportive and friendly – a space where you can really be yourself.

Coming up

We sometimes like to do things to help our community, like volunteering at local events or building food parcels.

Everything we do is led by you – we plan future activities based on what you tell us you want. We can also support you to get your voice heard as a young person with a disability.

Talk to our mental health worker or peer supporters about what’s going on with you. Our peer supporters are trained volunteers aged 18 to 25.

If you have questions, or want to come along, get in touch:

If you’re aged 18 to 25, why not volunteer as a peer supporter? It’s loads of fun, and a great way to improve your CV and gain new skills. Free training and hoodie provided!
