Our free, friendly youth clubs are for young people aged 14 to 25 with any kind of disability or additional needs.
For example: autistic, ADHD, learning disabilities, mental health difficulties, sensory impairments, or physical disabilities.
You don’t need to have a diagnosis.

If you need one-to-one support, please bring your own support worker.
The clubs are for young people who live or study in Brighton & Hove or East Sussex.
What we do at the youth clubs
It’s a space where you can hang out in a friendly, chill group. There are plenty of games and activities on offer, or you can just sit and chat – it’s up to you.
- some clubs have specific themes, like gaming, wellbeing walks, or art
- make friends in a relaxed space where you can really be yourself
- talk to our youth workers or trained volunteers about what’s going on with you, too.
Learn about our current volunteers and staff on our meet the team page.
Everything we do is led by you. We plan future activities based on what you tell us you want. We can also support you to get your voice heard as a young person with a disability.

If you’re aged 18 to 25, why not volunteer with Amazing Futures? It’s loads of fun, and a great way to improve your CV and gain new skills. Free training and hoodie provided!
