Please note: The young people we support are in the process of transitioning to adulthood. As such, we would encourage them to contact us themselves where possible. We do appreciate not all young people are going to be comfortable or able to do this, in which case parent carers and professionals can use this form to contact us on a young person’s behalf.

This form isn’t suitable for all queries, however, so please answer these questions so we can direct you to the right place:
