Community Base is our Brighton base, and we hold many of our groups and activities in the conference room. It is a large room on the fifth floor, accessible by stairs or lift. The room is accessible through the South Wing entrance, not the main Community Base reception.

South Wing entrance to Community Base. The door is wide with a large handle, and it is recessed into the building. There is an intercom on the outside of the building, to the right of the recessed section. There are signs on the window next to the door telling you how to use the intercom. The walls are a bright blue, and there is a large yellow sign above, with “The South Wing” written in large red letters, along with the community base logo. There is a wide door, fastened open. Above is a large sign reading “The South Wing conference room”. The room beyond appears large and open. Inside the conference room. It is a spacious open room, all on one level. It is full of natural light from the large windows. There is a ramp up to the door to the balcony. There are two pillars in the middle of the room, and chairs stacked at the far end of the room.
